    Name Silk Vinly Emulsion
    Description A copolymer based emulsion paint and lightfast pigments, it has a silky appearance and has exceptional toughness and washable.

    Uses Can be used on plaster, stone as well as timber and should be stirred well.

    Painting Instructions
    1. Thinning and mixing Thin with tap water to the right consistency.
    2 (a). For new unpainted walls Apply one coat of matt emulsion of the same color then 2-3 coats of silk vinyl emulsion.
    2 (b). For previously painted walls Remove all loose flaking material and powdery paint. If necessary porous walls should be primed with two coats of clear seal then apply 2-3 coats of silk vinyl emulsion.
    3. Equipment cleaning Equipment should be cleaned immediately after use with water.

    Description A copolymer based emulsion paint, it gives maximum protection on interior and exterior surfaces and produces a high opacity smooth matt finish without leaving brush marks.

    Painting Instructions
    1. Thinning and mixing Thin with tap water to the right consistency.
    1 (a). For new plaster or concrete i). All nibs, loose materials and efflorescence should be removed, small cracks are filled and smoothed down to ensure the surface is clean and dry For priming apply 1 coat of matt emulsion thinned with water to normal working consistency.
    ii) 2-3 coats of matt emulsion thinned with water to normal working consistency.
    1 (b). For previously white washed or distempered walls i). Old coatings of white wash or distemper should be removed by scrapping or wire brush and anything that remains should be bound using 2 coats of clear seal or penetrating primer and left to dry for 4 and 16 hours respectively.
    ii)  a)previously painted walls should be sanded down and 2 coats of matt emulsion applied 16 hours between application of coats.
         b) Otherwise apply 2-3 coats of matt emulsion.
    2. Equipment cleaning Equipment should be cleaned immediately after use with water.

    Drying Time Recoatable after 4 hours
    Uses Can be used on all new and previously painted surfaces e.g. plaster, lime, stone, blocks etc. and has excellent hiding power.it is economical and does not need primer or previously painted surfaces.

    2. Surface Preparation Surface must be clean, dry and sound. All loose and flaking paints must be removed.
    3 (a). On new wood pinkwood primer
    3 (b). On steel zinc chromate primer.
    3 (c). On galvanized steel, zinc and alloy metals zinc phosphate primer
    4. If undercoat is desired Use hi-opacity undercoat. Finish off with 2 coats of trade gloss.

    Uses It is used for refinishing automotive vehicles in general, or whenever a high quality finish is required. This includes use as a topcoat in cases where high gloss retention is required. Also used for the re-coating and repairing of commercial and passenger vehicles providing a superior appearance and exterior durability
    Application Spray. Brush may also be used for lower quality jobs.

    Painting Instructions
    1. Thinning and mixing Thin with Motocryl 2K Acrylic Thinner.
    2 (a). Mixing Ratio (By Volume) 4 parts Motocryl 2K Acrylic enamel: 1 part Motocryl 2K Acrylic Hardener: 1 part Motocryl 2K Acrylic Thinner (by volume).
    2 (b). Mixing This product is highly susceptible to moisture and should be mixed/stored in dry, non-humid conditions. After mixing base, hardener and thinner in the correct ratio, allow to stand for 5-7 minutes for bubbles/effervescence to subside, before use.
    3. Hardener contains isocyanate Ensure adequate ventilation and good booth extraction when spraying and put on respirator.
    4. Equipment cleaning After use, remove as much product as possible, and then clean immediately with 2K thinner.

    Painting Instructions
    1. Surface preparation Surfaces must be clean, dry and free from oil, rust and paint. Aluminum sheet must be treated with a solution containing 1% phosphoric acid and then cleaned with water. Priming For metal, a coat of epoxy primer mixed with hardener should be applied. Primer should not be sanded due to lead content For wood and concrete, the first coat should be thinned with 10% epoxy thinner. Apply 2-3 heavy coats of epoxy enamel mixed with hardener, allowing 24 hours drying time between all coats
    2. Thinning and mixing Should be thinned with epoxy thinner
    3. Both epoxy primer and enamel should be mixed with hardener in the ratio of 2 parts primer or enamel to 1 part hardener by volume. Epoxy clear should be mixed with hardener in the ratio of 3 parts clear to 2 parts hardener by volume.
